during everyday actives i sweat really bad under my right arm pit i've sweat so bad it has went through my suit jacket and little to no sweat under my left. does anybody else have this problem? and what do you use to help?

obviously your sweat glands are more open under one arm.buy driclor from the chemist.its like a rool on and u use it every night for a week.it stops u sweating in the area you put it completely after a very short time.it does itch at first but it is great.

Clogged pores... I would go see a Dr. if you can't sweat of of glands, there's a chance that some of those toxins are being trapped inside..

I sweat so so much! Please help?
I sweat alot when i am at school. I will come to class and by the second period i have huge sweat stains under my arms. Even when I wear a hoodie.
It is really gross. I dont stink or smell bad i just sweat alot.
I use an antipersprent and it doesn NOTHING!
what should i do?

I think Secret has a prescription strength deodorant. I think it is in a white container. You could also speak to a doctor about this, the only other thing that I have heard is that people get botox shots to stop sweating in those areas. The only downfall with that is that you will then sweat more in an area that was not injected with botox. All in all though i would talk to your doctor.

Sweat/Stink problem...?
I sweat a lot under my armpits. I'll sweat when it's freezing cold and I'm in nothing but a t-shirt! I've tried a million different antiperspirents and deoderants and none of them seem to work. Everday I still get sweat marks under my armpits after just five minutes! I take showers everyday, but as soon as I start to sweat I start smelling really bad. The deoderants aren't working!
(I'm going to get the secret clinical strength antiperspirent and so I hope that works, but it's really hot here right now [95 degrees today!] and I was wondering what I could do to stop the sweat and stink until I get that... and I'm 13, if you were wondering.)

Get some maxi-pads.... The ones with the wings, and peel %26amp; stick-em in your armpits. This should absorb the sweat, and block the odor. Don't tell anybody that you have maxi-pads in your armpits though. They'll be inclined to snicker at you. LOL!!! I've also heard that Botox is now being used to help with excessive armpit sweat.

You could maybe talk to your doctor about it.. it sounds like your doing everything you can. At least you are trying to keep yourself clean you know?

Reply:you should go talk to your doctor about this because it's possible that you may have hyperhidrosis. people with hyperhidrosis suffer from extremely sweaty hands, feet and underarms due to overstimulation of the sweat glands. if you do have this condition, your doctor can work with you to investigate treatment options. drysol, an aluminum - chloride and ethyl - alcohol solution, is available by prescription. usuallly applied at night and washed off in the morning, and should be used until the sweating is under control. botox, the injectable wrink remedy, can temporarily paralyze the sweat glands in the treated area. the botox procedure is done in a doctor's office and needs to be repeated only once or twice yearly. will cost a lot for the botox treatment though ($600 - 700 per treatment). for more information on treatment options, talk to your doctor or visit handsdry.com.

Okay so it's kind embarassing, but I sweat a lot. It doesn't matter what kind of fabric I'm wearing, or how hot/cold it is, I sweat through the arms-pits of my shirt. I use a lot of anti perspirant deoterant, but I can't stop the sweat. Why? Is there anything I can do to stop it?
I know botox injections, but I'm 14 here...c'mon...

There is a liqud medication on the market that helps stop overactive sweat glands. There is one type you can get over the counter (doesnt work as well) and another that your doctor can perscribe that works great! Just talk to your doc, they can help!

i have to bring an extra shirt with me in my bag most days. wearing black or white helps cause it wont show so badly...undershirts help too. you can get prescription-strength over the counter antiperspirant (i think degree makes it, im not sure) it helps but id imagine its probably not very good for you. wipe yourself down with a cool wet washcloth when you can. let yourself dry off completely before you put clothes on. dont wear antiperspirant to bed to at least to let yourself sweat at night.
im not exactly sure about all the causes, but a lot of times some meds, especially uppers like ADD meds, some prescription steroids, like asthma or allergy medicines, and i think some anti-depressants can have that side-effect, so if youre taking anything, you might want to look up side-effects just to see. and since you're young its really likely that it could just be your body's reaction to all the growing and changing that its doing(and will continue to do till youre about 17-20) so if thats the case it might take a while but it will go away on its own.
anyway yeah...i still dont know what to do myself, but hopefully that helps

I seem to sweat alot. I'd be in the car, mum driving me to school, and already I'd have a little sweat under the armpits.
It is hot here in Australia, we are in a drought after all but still, it isn't THAT hot, and I don't think the other guys sweat like me.
The clothes I wear are white so they're supposed to NOT absorb the sunlight.
I was born in Aus but my parents are from Yugoslavia so because they're from there I'm a little hairier then most guys.
Basically I sweat sometimes even from the armpits even when I'm not moving and I don't want to. Others would probably look and if they saw they'd think "ew" (natural reaction to sweaty armpits)
I'm not fat, I'm actually pretty darn skinny, though I do have a little excess skin.

I eat a fair amount of sweets sometimes and when I have food with salt, i'd pour a fair amount of salt on there.

I have to wear a brace on my knee because i tore my meniscus 2 months ago in a basketball game. I am getting surgery i think in the middle or end of febuary. Well i get acne on that knee and from the brace from sweating during basketball games and practices. I need some ideas so that i don't get acne there because it's emmbarrasing when ppl wanna see my knee and i have a whole bunch of nasty pimples. so can ya'll help me get some ideas to stop it? thank ya!
